Bacteria Forms:
Basically there are three different forms that bacteria take the shape of: Coccus, Bacillus, and Spirillum

Coccus bacteria cells are spherical, common to find each arrangement:
coccus (single), dicoccus, streptococcus (chain), tetrad, staphyloccus (group), and sarcina (group of eight). |
Bacillus are sometimes called rods because the shape of these cells are rectangular. typically diplobacillus, streptobacillus or solo Bacillus.

These bacteria cells are like single strings, spiral shaped (spirillum, yeah?) and mostly solo but in different shapes see below picture. most spirillum bacteria are pathogens/harmful bacteria.
